At Freshqut, we value your satisfaction. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
- All requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
2. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed only after verifying the returned product.
- The amount will be refunded using the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 3–7 business days to reflect in your account.
3. Replacement
- We may offer a replacement instead of a refund for defective or incorrect items.
- Replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
- Freshqut will cover any additional delivery charges for replacements.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable items like fresh meat, fruits, and vegetables cannot be returned unless defective.
- Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer are not eligible for return.
