1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
  • All requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.

2. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed only after verifying the returned product.
  • The amount will be refunded using the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days to reflect in your account.

3. Replacement

  • We may offer a replacement instead of a refund for defective or incorrect items.
  • Replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Freshqut will cover any additional delivery charges for replacements.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable items like fresh meat, fruits, and vegetables cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer are not eligible for return.
