  • All orders are subject to product availability.
  • Freshqut reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.

  • All prices are listed in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Payment must be made through our secure payment gateway or cash on delivery (COD) where applicable.
  • We do not store your payment details.

3. Delivery

  • Deliveries are available only in Roorkee.
  • We aim to deliver within the promised timeframe, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Only defective or incorrect products are eligible for return or replacement.
  • Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

6. Limitation of Liability

Freshqut is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
